At Be Home, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate home goods are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
